This patient presented with desire to add fullness to her breasts. She had a previous implant removal with mastopexy 1 year prior due to having capsular contracture. Her previous implants were placed subglandular and were ruptured. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 275cc silicone implants placed submuscular.
