This patient presented with a 17 year history of breast augmentation with saline implants. She had complications related to her implants desiring removal. She underwent an en bloc total capsulectomy with removal of 530cc sub muscular saline implants with a simultaneous breast lift (mastopexy) to reshape and lift her breast tissue, allowing her to obtain a natural postoperative result.
