This patient presented with desire to improve her appearance of her breasts. She had an 8 year history of 450cc silicone implants placed submuscular. She wanted to address the double bubble that had formed on the left side. She also wanted to increase her size while adding upper pole fullness. She underwent bilateral breast implant exchange to 650cc. A simultaneous breast lift was also performed.
