This patient presented with desire to improve the appearance of her breasts after implant removal. She previously had 520cc implants removed for health related concerns. She disliked the crease in her lower pole of her breasts and the loss of upper pole fullness. She underwent fat grafting to both breasts with 340c injected in the right and 300cc to the left to improve her appearance.
